Privacy Policy

Effective 17 August 2026 · Mobium Labs · mobiumlabs.com

Scope

This policy explains how Mobium Labs, an independent software business, handles information across the website at mobiumlabs.com and the products it publishes. It applies to every Mobium Labs product unless that product publishes its own supplementary privacy policy, in which case the product policy takes precedence for anything it addresses and this policy covers the rest.

What is collected

  • On this website: standard server request logs kept by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser user agent, and requested page. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
  • In the products: the content you create while using them, along with the settings needed to operate them. Where a product offers an account, the account identifier supplied by the sign-in provider is stored so your content can be synced back to you. Products that work without an account keep that content on your device.
  • When you make contact: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
  • From app marketplaces: aggregated, non-identifying download and crash reports provided by the distributor.

What a given product collects in practice is described in that product’s own documentation and store listing.

Why it is used

To operate the products and the website, keep your content available on your devices, fix crashes and bugs, answer your messages, and protect the services against abuse. Information is never sold, and it is not used for advertising or profiling.

Who may receive it

Only the service providers needed to operate the products: the website host, the app marketplaces that distribute the products and supply crash reporting, the sign-in and sync providers used where a product offers an account, and the email provider used for support. Each processes information on Mobium Labs’ behalf. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

Third-party platforms

A product may offer an optional sign-in or connection through a platform such as Apple, Google, or Meta. When you use one, the platform shares a limited set of profile information — typically a name, an email address, and an account identifier — which is used only to create and operate your account. Mobium Labs never receives your platform password, does not post on your behalf, and does not use platform data for advertising or share it with anyone else. Platform data is removed together with the rest of your account data; the steps are on the data deletion page.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking technologies. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

Children

Mobium Labs products are not directed at children for the purpose of collecting personal information. Where a product is designed to be used with children, it is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian, it does not ask children for personal details, and it contains no advertising.

How long it is kept

Account content is kept while the account exists and is deleted on request. Support email is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up. Server logs are kept for a short period by the host for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you live — including the EU and EEA, the United Kingdom, and California — you may also have rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Every request is answered, and within the time the applicable law requires. Write to mobiumlabs@gmail.com. Deletion steps are described on the data deletion page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes affecting a product will also be noted in that product’s release notes.
